  • How does NeoSOS work?
  1. First, make sure you have a good/stable Internet connection.
  2. Then make a booking for your problem to be attended to. You will receive instructions by email once you have booked a service.
    Generally, you will download a small and secure program then open it, allowing us to connect to your Windows or Mac.
  3. Once we have your ID, NeoSOS can connect to your computer.
  • Is it secure?

All sessions use full encryption.

Encryption is based on 2048bit RSA private/public key exchange and 256 Bit AES session encoding. This uses the same security level as https/SSL which is considered totally secure by today’s demanding standards.

The key exchange also guarantees that the data transfer is completely encoded from client to client and that any routers or servers in between (including our routers) are unable to read or analyze the data stream.

We are a Spanish company and therefore comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) approved by the EU Parliament on 14th April 2016. We will never sell or share your details (of any type), nor do we send emails without consent.

We offer any support that can be offered online, i.e. if your computer isn’t online we will not be able to connect to evaluate or fix the problem.

  • What if I already have Teamviewer installed?
    If you already have Teamviewer installed and running then please send us the ID and password before the appointment. Please keep in mind that the password (unless setup differently) will change each time you close the program (Teamviewer or computer).
    If you can’t get past this stage then please close your current Teamviewer software and download (to later open) our Teamviewer from our Downloads section.
